Commercial Vehicle Banksman Course |

Our Commercial Vehicle Banksman course is designed to provide candidates with the rite training and knowledge to ensure yard safety and reduce the risk of accidents in the workplace when carrying out reversing manoeuvres.
A number of people are killed or seriously injured by reversing vehicles on company sites every year.
This course trains staff to reverse vehicles safely and avoid accidents.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Aims
To understand the principles behind Vehicle banksman. To equip candidates with the knowledge to be able to guide vehicles around a working yard.
Objectives
By the end of this course candidates will understand the Health and Safety Regulations for reversing vehicles, Safe Systems Of Work, Risk Assessment and Hand Signals used to safely reverse vehicles.

| We are an RTITB accredited Training Centre based in Stirling providing accredited training across Scotland. Certification is to RTITB Standard. Our dedicated Instructors have vast knowledge and experience in all their subject areas. Certification is through the Road Traffic Industry Training Board (RTITB) the accrediting body. On successful completion of courses candidates will receive a certificate of Basic Training. Our courses and instructor are accredited by RTITB, which is nationally recognised and approved. |
